I thought that your sight was well designed except for the fact that the wide-screen browsers on larger monitors screwed up the alignment of the page. Fix that. Try putting all text in left-aligned tables. Also, at the bottom, i found it quite unprofesional when it said "Best Experienced with MIE" and then "Best viewed with Netscape". Odd? Yes. I found it annoying when i tried to hit "Back" and it took me right back to your page. Don't try to keep people on your site by doing that.
